Please email or call us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
A Pre-commissioning checklist is sent to you so we can design the system to your layout and equipment specifications. Total installation time depends on what is required; however, we install before new chiller equipment is started-up or immediately after the Heat Exchanger tubes have been cleaned on a retrofit application. A typical installation will take 1-2 weeks once our equipment is on site.
Once you have approved our submittal (layout drawings, equipment specs), you can expect ball traps and collector units within 6-8 weeks and pump skid in 8-10 weeks.
We will perform the initial programming of the PLC interface for your system and train your staff on how to operate the system thereafter.
Balls are made of silicone and generally last 3,000 cycles, for a typical chiller that means about 1,000 hours of operation.
As part of our initial training, we will show your staff how to change out balls. It is a 15-minute process. Valve at Collector unit is shut off, Collector is drained, front panel of Collector is removed, balls are taken out and replaced.
You can contact us again and we can set up a regular shipment schedule or these can be purchased from Innovas Technologies.
NO. We have offered service contracts, but most building maintenance teams do not need it after a short training session. Our goal is to save you time and money on maintenance.
